ASGARD - REVISIONS

Summary of Events Asterios Was Involved In -

- Born as a result of Queen Pasiphaë laying with a bull, he was immediately locked away in the Labyrinth, where the only "food" he was given was human sacrifices.

- Spent his life in the Labyrinth trying to find a way out. Amazingly enough, he actually did - but he felt so guilty about the lives he'd taken, he returned to the Labyrinth as he felt he was unworthy of freedom. Soon after this, he was slain by Theseus.

- The Grail appears in Okeanos, distorting time and summoning Heroes, Asterios being one of them. He awoke to find the goddess Euryale being hunted by Edward Teach, notorious pirate. She hides in the Island of Wyverns, where Asterios finds her. She knows who, and what, he was, but instead of being frightened or running away, calls his name - his real name, not the Minotaur. Asterios then swears to protect her from everyone as a result of her kindness.

- The Player Character, a.k.a Ritsuka and companions, arrives there to find the Grail and fix time. Asterios at first mistakes them for enemies and attacks them, but Euryale interrupts, revealing Asterios' good intentions. Ritsuka offers to help protect Eurayle, joining forces with Sir Francis Drake to defeat Edward. During this time, after a difficult fight with one of Edward's crew, Eric BloodAxe, Asterios dives underwater and carries the ship to a safe distance despite his injures.

- Unfortunately, it turns out that Edward's minions, such as Hector, were actually serving someone higher - Jason. Hector kidnaps Euryale and the chase resumes. While Edward mostly wanted Euryale for his base lust, Jason intends to use Eurayle's life to strengthen his ship and take over the world. His band of summoned heroes is stronger than Ritsuka's, if only because he has Heracles, a Berseker like Asterios with insane amounts of strength.

- Asterios fights Heracles, and Hector pierces them both with his lance, intending to kill Asterios while Heracles could pull it out and resume the fight. However, Asterios hangs onto Heracles and throws them both overboard, so they could drown and die together, giving Ritsuka and the others a fighting chance.

- Later on, after Jason is defeated and Okeanos is restored, Ritsuka is able to summon Asterios of her own power back in the "present". While Asterios is afraid to get close to Ritsuka, he swears that as a Servant to their Master, he will protect her and fight for her, no matter the cost.
